Well-equipped, private clinical treatment rooms available for hire within Feel Better Bolton — Bolton’s leading multi-therapy health and wellbeing centre, established since 2000.

The room is fully furnished and ready to use from day one. It includes a professional treatment couch, hand-washing sink, desk and consultation seating, paper roll and couch covers, dedicated storage, and adjustable lighting. Clean, private, and maintained to a high clinical standard.

Our dedicated reception team greet your clients on arrival. They’ll wait in a welcoming, professional waiting area before their appointment.

High-speed Wi-Fi, shared kitchen facilities, clinical waste disposal, and all utilities — everything included in the hire rate, no extras. If required, for long-term lets, you also get access to our online booking system.

Feel Better Bolton has the highest patient satisfaction ratings in the local area and has been operating for 25 years. Our existing clinical team includes a very experienced, friendly group of Osteopaths, Podiatrists, Physiotherapists, and Counsellors — so there’s a genuine cross-referral opportunity for the right practitioner joining us.

We’re particularly welcoming Physiotherapists, Podiatrists, Sports Massage and Soft Tissue Therapists, and Counsellors or Talking Therapists. All relevant regulatory bodies welcome, including HCPC, BACP, CNHC, and FHP.

Our lead full-day rate of £84 works out at just £10.50 per hour for an 8-hour clinic day, with everything included. Half-day and hourly options are also available.

No lease. No hidden costs. A simple practitioner agreement, your insurance certificate, and your registration details — and you’re good to go.

Monday to Saturday, 08:00am to 18:00. Evening sessions available on request. (Reception is staffed from 09.00 to 17.00)
