Therapy rooms available in Coulsdon, Surrey, on a block or ad hoc basis. A quiet and calm environment for treating clients.

TLC was fully refurbed during the 2020 lockdown. Room hire is based on low priced ad hoc or various sized blocks of time to suit your business and allow you to grow it without large overheads.

All areas are kept scrupulously clean. Couch rooms have wall units with air conditioning and heating. Kitchen contains sink, fridge and large storage cupboard. Bathroom.

Great location on the High Street with parking for clients in an open air car park behind the premises on the Lion Green Road, and there are parking bays on the Brighton Road outside the shop for up to 2 hours until 5pm, and unlimited after this. RingGo app required to pay for either.

Three of the rooms come with sink, storage cupboards and treatment couch. The other 2 come with comfortable seating and would suit consultation and counselling treatments. One of the counselling rooms is suitable for up to 4 people, the other is cosier and suitable for 2. All rooms are quiet, and an intercom system and CCTV are in place. Wifi is included at the premises.

8am until 10pm Monday to Saturday are our advertised times, however there is no licence preventing therapists from working outside of these hours. Sundays and bank holidays are also permitted at the same rates.

£29 per 2 hours, £42 per 3 hours, £54 for 4 hours, £78 for 6 hours, any hours above this charged at the reduced rate of £12 per hour. These blocks of time are payable monthly in advance and secures the room for the times taken.

£15 per hour ad hoc bookable with as much notice as possible, and at least 24 hours notice for couch rooms. Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a small charge to cover admin costs.

All persons wishing to work for any length of time at Therapy and Life Centre must have their own insurance, provide I.D and sign a standard contract.
